 Andrew Booth BSc. (Hons). R.G.N. Paramedic

I am a dual registered paramedic and nurse with nearly 40 years experience in health care.  As well as working for the NHS as a specialist paramedic in the ambulance service and advanced nurse practitioner in urgent care I have been in the field of repatriation 10 years. Other experience includes unit nurse for TV & film sets, pit & back stage paramedic for large venue concerts and motorsport. 

As well as being the MD I also regularly undertake the repatriations so I am able to understand all the issues that may arise.

I am a registered nurse and advanced clinical practitioner with over 20 years experience in the field of health care and now specialising in primary care. My role in the company is to assess the medical records to make sure the patient can safely be transported on a commercial flight or requires an air ambulance. 

I also enjoy flying and doing the missions.

I deal with our non-medical details as well as helping to coordinate other missions.

I have completed many missions and also work in the NHS ambulance service. This allows me to keep updated and also gives me the experience and confidence to deal with  any unforeseen issues that may arise during the flight.

All our senior clinical management team are autonomous practitioners and independent prescribers.
