All our personnel undergo enhanced DBS checks and are specialists in medical repatriation ensuring you receive the highest level of care from your initial call to your arrival at your final destination.

• Consult with the medical team to discuss your needs and facilitate admission to your local hospital if necessary. .
• Arrange the most appropriate transport post flight.
• Help to complete all the necessary documentation.
• Arrange flights and any additional requirements on board e.g. oxygen.
• Keep family members updated throughout the journey.

At 1 Air Assist, we offer dedicated escorts to support a family member throughout their journey, whether they’re traveling for a holiday or visiting relatives abroad. .

We offer a door-to-door service ensuring all arrangements are made, providing a seamless and hassle-free travel experience. 

We can assist with organising oxygen and, also supply a portable oxygen concentrator on flights where oxygen is not available.

If flying causes anxiety, let us accompany you for reassurance during the flight.

Additionally, we assist family members with journeys across the UK and accompany them to appointments when no one else can be there.
