Medical Repatriation
1 Air Assist only provides UK registered paramedics, nurses or doctors on medical repatriations.
All our staff are enhanced DBS checked and specialists in medical repatriation. This means you will always get the highest level of care from the initial call to leaving you at your final destination.
1 Air Assist will:

Discuss your needs with the medical team and arrange admission to your local hospital if required.

Arrange the most appropriate transport post flight.

Help to complete all the necessary documentation.

Arrange flights and any additional requirements on board e.g. oxygen.

Keep family members updated throughout the journey.
Transportation
We can arrange ambulance transport to take to different parts of the UK or even abroad if flying is not an option.

Non-Medical Assistance
Here at 1 Air Assist we are able to provide escorts to assist your family member throughout the journey. Whether it is to go on holiday or join a family member in a different country we are here to help.
We are able to escort door to door and make all the arrangements making sure everything is in place and booked so your family member can have a smooth, no hassle journey.
We can assist with organising oxygen and, also supply a portable oxygen concentrator on flights where oxygen is not available.

We can also assist family members on journeys in the UK and also accompany them to appointments, where nobody is available to go with them.
